Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 3bd9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the 3bd9 platform, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies and guidelines published on the platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the 3bd9 platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use a 3bd9 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the period your account remains open. 3bd9 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy any eligibility requirement may result in account suspension, closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 3bd9 is strictly an adult-only gaming platform and does not permit access to persons under 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must register using your own accurate personal information. Providing false details at registration, including a false date of birth, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• You must be the sole and legitimate holder of the payment method used to deposit funds. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from 3bd9 under any previous account or identity.

3bd9 may at any time request documents to verify your age, identity, address, or payment method ownership as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Your account may be temporarily limited or suspended pending successful verification. This process exists to protect both players and the integrity of the platform.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account on 3bd9. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If you are found to hold more than one account, all accounts may be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited. Account Credentials

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

• Your account must have successfully completed identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that matches the one used to make your most recent deposit, except where operationally required otherwise.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be processed.
• 3bd9 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests of any amount, at its sole discretion, as part of its fraud prevention obligations.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

3bd9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each individual promotion, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the terms of a specific promotion explicitly state otherwise.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until any applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 3bd9 platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time dealing by qualified live dealers. Game outcomes are not predetermined or manipulated by 3bd9. Each game category — including slots, live casino, crash games, fish shooting, and sports betting — has its own specific rules that are accessible within the game or game category interface.

Sports betting markets on 3bd9 cover a wide range of events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, football, kabaddi and other sports popular in Bangladesh. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are updated in real time. In-play betting is available for selected events. Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled by the player. Malfunction and Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or system fault during game play, 3bd9 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the applicable stake to the player's account balance. The following specific rules apply:

• Malfunction voids all pays and plays. A game malfunction does not entitle a player to any winnings generated during the affected session.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or its result declared void by the governing body, all bets on that event will be settled as void and stakes returned.
• Obvious errors in odds (palpable errors) will not be honoured. 3bd9 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds, even after the event has settled.
• Any winnings generated through a system error, software bug, or exploit will be considered void. 3bd9 will not be liable for any losses claimed to have arisen as a result of a technical fault on the player's device, browser, or internet connection.

3bd9 employs real-time fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities. Players who engage in prohibited conduct should be aware that their activity is logged and may be subject to investigation.

Account Suspension and Termination

3bd9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within a specified period, or responsible gaming concerns. Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited.

A player may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting 3bd9 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions and KYC requirements being met in full.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 3bd9 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of 3bd9 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3bd9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if 3bd9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 3bd9's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3bd9 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption or that it will be free from errors or viruses. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible. 3bd9 accepts no liability for losses attributable to platform downtime, network interruptions, or third-party payment processing delays outside of 3bd9's direct control.
